Diablo 2 Resurrected Act 6 “Leak” Explained

Diablo 2 Resurrected follows the convention of including the same number of acts as the original game, plus its post-launch expansion, Lord of Destruction. Remember that you can Buy D2R items at U7buygames safely so you can take advantage of these new bonuses for your favorite classes as the opportunity arises.

This means that Diablo 2 Risen has 5 acts at the time of writing. The first four from the original game, plus the fifth chapter added with the Lord of Destruction expansion. It’s slightly understandable then that some fans may believe Blizzard could be working on a new Act 6 for the game, as the company has previously added more acts with post-release expansions. That said, this was 20 years ago.

The reason many fans believe Diablo 2 Resurrected could see an Act 6 in the future stems from a recent leak/slur of the tongue/intentional hoax from popular Diablo 2 streamer MrLlamaSC.

Here’s what he said, or didn’t say, in his recent livestream:

“You want the hero standard to do something? Well when Act 6…,” MrLllama said, before quickly changing the subject and asking the mods to delete all the clips.

However, it seems to have been a joke or an intentional hoax on the streamer’s part, as Community Manager PezRadar had to address the rumors with an unequivocal statement, telling fans on Reddit:

“No. There is no Act VI. No more speculation.

And that brings us up to date. So, unfortunately, it doesn’t look like we’ll be seeing Diablo 2 Resurrected Act 6 in the future. Luckily, we have to wait for Diablo 4.
